The house has the bare minimum. The towels need replaced and the kitchen needs pots, glasses etc.The house is situated on a street that becomes a party at the weekends with people out the street till around 5.30am cars flying up and down racing etc.I would not recommend this house to anyone.

Pros..the house looks just like the photos. We had 9 adults and there was plenty of room. You’re about 30 minutes from most of the parks. The pool located at the house was a great plus the resort pool had a bunch of stuff including a tiki bar..Cons..if you don’t like to do laundry on vacation bring a lot of extra towels. There are only about 10 bath towels and if your planning on cooking bring your own pots and pans..the ones that are provided are not in good shape..we had to go out and buy a set.We would definitely stay here again!!

Ample space and very clean. Second floor carpeting and living room sofa and loveseat are in desperate need of replacement. Pool was nice.

This property has a great location and is in a good neighborhood. We really enjoyed having most shopping close by, the quiet neighborhood and the community water park.For the most part the house was clean but desperately needs to be maintained better. The ceiling fans and base boards were extremely dusty. One of the queen beds had sheets wth a lot of stains and wear that made them unusable. The blinds on the sliding door had a few broken blinds that were laying on the floor when we arrived. The pots under the cupboards still had egg stuck to them when we went to use them. All of these issues were addressed upon arrival, including a beeping low battery on the fire alarm in the master. We were told nothing could be handled until the next day. They advised up to take apart the alarm from the ceiling. My husband ended up buying a battery so we could sleep. After some discussing with the rental company, new queen sheets were dropped off around 9:30 pm that night. Although some issues were eventually addressed I feel like I had to be aggressive about it and that was frustrating. I also did not like that we didnt receive a final payment confirmation. When requested (a few times) I was told the payment company they use, doesn't have any option for that. They were able to email me a statement of cost on my end, just not any payments applied. Not a big deal, just odd.All in all good vacation, just hated feeling dirty when this could be easily avoided.

We had a great time at this house! Everything was clean and ready! When we arrived a smoke detector was chirping and Karina answered my call and someone was there to fix it immediately. The only negative was that there is not much to cook with in the kitchen and the stuff there is black and chipped so I didn’t feel safe to use it. There were plenty of dishes though and the house otherwise was well stocked! The neighbors were loud at night but that probably was just bad luck! We all enjoyed the pool and we had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The house was great and I would stay there again!
